New base prospectus

New base prospectus

Information on changes for „old“ products on our website

On May 8th, 2020 the new Base Prospectus for the issuance of structured products by Raiffeisen Centrobank was approved by the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA). All RCB Certificates that are issued from May 11th are subject to the new base prospectus. Hence there will be no change for these products. Various documents and data will be available as usually on our website and these certificates can be offered publicly under the known general conditions as before.

The market making and the stock exchange listing remain unaffected by the changes.Customers can trade these products and can find their current prices on the RCB website as before as well as on the respective stock exchange websites and on various financial operator pages.

To illustrate more specifically what products cannot be offered publicly anymore, Raiffeisen Centrobank will add a notable disclaimer next to those products affected on the website: www.rcb.at

Details on these changes as oft he effective date may be read in this PDF.

All products that were issued according to the former prospectus may only be offered publicly after May 8th 2020 if final terms were to be created by Raiffeisen Centrobank after this deadline.

The Base Prospectus, approved by the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA), is deposited at the Oesterreichische Kontroll-bank AG and published at www.rcb.at/securitiesprospectus. The approval of the base prospectus by the FMA is not to be treated as equivalent to an approval of the offered financial instruments. The Base Prospectus for the Issuance Programme during 2020/2021 remains in effect until May 7th, 2021.
