4 % Europe Bonus - available on secondary market

2-year term, fixed semiannual interest rate of 2 % and barrier being set at 62% of the index starting value

The 4% Europe Bonus combines a fixed semiannual interest rate of 2% with a partial protection for the invested capital. The fixed semiannual interest rate is paid out in each of the two years, regardless of the performance of the underlying index EURO STOXX 50®. Redemption of the nominal value at the end of the term depends on the performance of the underlying index: the distance to the barrier (safety buffer) comes up to 38% at the beginning of the term.

Payout profile:

At the maturity date (November 2017) the certificate is redeemed at 100% provided that the underlying index always quotes above their barrier of 62% of the starting value during the observation period.

In case the barrier is touched or undercut, redemption at the maturity date is effected according to the performance of the underlying index (percentage performance from the starting value to the closing price at the final valuation date). Even if the barrier is touched or undercut investors do not participate in price increases of the index above the starting value.
