The certificate MSCI World Climate Change Winner 90% is based on the MSCI^® World Climate Change Top ESG Select 4.5% Decrement Index. The certificate addresses security-oriented investors who consider ethical, ecological and social criteria in their investment decisions and hence are looking for a sustainable investment.

Payout Profile:

At the initial valuation date the starting value of the MSCI^® World Climate Change Top ESG Select 4.5% Decrement Index (closing price on March 15, 2022) and the cap (125% of the starting value) are determined. At the end of the term (March 11, 2027) the performance of the index is calculated and one of the following scenarios will occur:

SCENARIO 1) Final reference value ≥ 125% of the starting value ► Redemption at cap
If the final reference value is greater or equal to 125% of the starting value, the
certificate will be redeemed at the maturity date at 125% of the nominal value (cap).
e.g. Index +30% ► Redemption: EUR 1,250

SCENARIO 2) Final reference value ≥ 90% & < 125% of the starting value ► 100% participation
If the final reference value is greater or equal to 90% but smaller than 125% of the starting
value, certificate will be redeemed according to the performance of the underlying
(percentage development from the starting value to the final reference value).
e.g. Index -5% ► Redemption: EUR 950

SCENARIO 3) Final reference value < 90 % of the starting value ► Redemption at 90%
If the final reference value is smaller than 90% of the starting value, certificate will be
redeemed at maturity at 90% of the nominal value.
e.g. Index -30% ► Redemption: EUR 900

The 90% capital protection by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG only applies at the end ot the term, i.e. during the term the certificate price may drop below 90%, but the investor obtains at least 90% of the nominal value at the maturity date.
