The Ethics Winner 90% Capital Protection Certificate is based on the iSTOXX® Global Ethical Select 30 index, developed jointly by Raiffeisen Centrobank in cooperation with the renowned index provider STOXX Ltd. to be able to invest according to the ethical values of Christian social teaching. The certificate addresses security-oriented investors who consider ethical, ecological and social care important criteria in their investment decisions.

Payout Profile:

At the initial valuation date the starting value of the iSTOXX® Global Ethical Select 30 index (closing price on Oct 20, 2020) and the cap (140% of the starting value) are determined. At the end of the term (Oct 18, 2028) the performance of the index is calculated and one of the following scenarios will occur:

• SCENARIO 1 – positive index performance
  … and BELOW the cap of 140%
  1:1 participation in the index performance, e.g.: index +30% → redemption: EUR 1,300
  
  … but ABOVE the cap of 140%
  Redemption at the maximum amount, e.g.: index +50% → redemption: EUR 1,500

• SCENARIO 2 – negative index performance
  a) … but ABOVE 90% of the starting value
  1:1 participation in the index performance, e.g.: index -5% → redemption: EUR 950
  
  b) … and BELOW 90% of the starting value
  90% capital protect applies, e.g.: index -30% → redemption: EUR 900
