The certificate MSCI Europe Sustainability Winner 90% is based on the MSCI^® Europe Top ESG Select 4.5% Decrement Index. The certificate addresses security-oriented investors who consider ethical, ecological and social criteria in their investment decisions and hence are looking for a sustainable investment.

Payout Profile:

At the initial valuation date the starting value of the MSCI^® Europe Top ESG Select 4.5% Decrement Index (closing price on Nov 16, 2021) and the cap (122% of the starting value) are determined. At the end of the term (Nov 12, 2026) the performance of the index is calculated and one of the following scenarios will occur:

• SCENARIO 1 – positive index performance ...
  a) … and BELOW the cap of 122%
  1:1 participation in the index performance, e.g. index +15% ► redemption: EUR 1,150
  
  b) … but ABOVE the cap of 122%
  Redemption at the maximum amount, e.g. index +40% ► redemption: EUR 1,220

• SCENARIO 2 – negative index performance ...
  a) … but ABOVE 90% of the starting value
  1:1 participation in the index performance, e.g. index -5% ► redemption: EUR 950
  
  b) … and BELOW 90% of the starting value
  Capital protection of 90 % applies at the end of the term, e.g. index -30% ► redemption: EUR 900

The 90% capital protection by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG only applies at the end ot the term, i.e. during the term the certificate price may drop below 90%, but the investor obtains at least 90% of the nominal value at the maturity date.
