The Guarantee Certificate Dividend Stocks Winner 9 enables investors to participate 100% in the positive performance of the STOXX® Global Select Dividend 100 index up to the cap of 132% of the starting value. The investment is 100% capital protected at the end of the term.
The certificate is suited to investors, who wish to participate in the performance of an index consisting of the 100 highest-dividend yielding listed companies worldwide. A positive market expectation regarding the performance of the STOXX® Global Select Dividend 100 index over the next eight years can be realised with this certificate.
Payout Profile:
At the initial valuation date the starting value of the STOXX® Global Select Dividend 100 index (closing price on Aug 6, 2019) and the cap (132% of the starting value) are determined. At the end of term the performance of the index is calculated and one of the following scenarios will apply:
- SCENARIO 1 – positive index performance
… and BELOW the cap of 132%
1:1 participation in the index performance, e.g.: index +20% → redemption: EUR 1,200
… but ABOVE the cap of 132%
Redemption at the maximum amount, e.g.: index +40% → redemption: EUR 1,320
- SCENARIO 2 – negative index performance
… and thus BELOW 100 % of the starting value
100% capital protection applies at the end of the term, e.g.: index -40% → redemption: EUR 1,000
At the end of the term the investment is 100% capital protected by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, i.e. during the term price fluctuations may apply, but at the end of the term the investor obtains 100% of the nominal value in any case.
