The certificate Dividend Stocks Winner 13 enables investors to participate 100% in the positive performance of the STOXX® Global Select Dividend 100 Price EUR Index without yield limitation. The investment is 100% capital protected at the end of the term.
The certificate is suited to investors, who wish to participate in the performance of an index consisting of the 100 highest-dividend yielding listed companies worldwide. A positive market expectation regarding the performance of the STOXX® Global Select Dividend 100 index over the next 5.5 years can be realised with this certificate.
FUNCTIONALITY
At the initial valuation date (Closing price on July 7, 2022) the starting valueof the underlying and at the final valuation date (Closing price on January 4, 2028) the final value is determined. At the final valuation date the closing price of the final value is compared to the starting value and one of the following scenarios will apply:
1) Final value ≥ 100% of the starting value ⇒ 100% participation
If the final value is greater or equal to 100% of the starting value, certificate will be redeemed on the redemption date according to the performance of the underlying (percentage development from the starting value to the final reference value).
2) Final value < 100% of the starting value ⇒ redemption at 100%
If the final value is less than 100 % of the initial value, the capital protection of 100% applies at maturity. In this case, 100% of the nominal value is paid out on the redemption date.
At the end of the term the investment is 100% capital protected by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, i.e. during the term price fluctuations may apply, but at the end of the term the investor obtains 100% of the nominal value in any case.
The issue price amounts to 100% (nominal value EUR 1,000) within the subscription period. Further information as well as the Key Information Document can be found on the
