Raiffeisen Centrobank AG (Raiffeisen Centrobank or RCB) is a leading investment bank and the competence center for equities and derivatives in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe. The bank covers the entire spectrum of services and products around equities, derivatives and equity capital transactions, on and off exchange, and is a pioneer and market leader in the field of structured products. The bank was founded in 1973 as Centro Internationale Handelsbank AG in Vienna. In 2001, the bank became part of the Raiffeisen Group and its name changed to Raiffeisen Centrobank AG. Today, RCB is a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International AG.
