Description

The 10% Vaccine Plus Reverse Convertible Bond is redeemed at 100% of the nominal value at the maturity date (May 2023), provided that the closing price of each of the three underlying shares (Johnson & Johnson, Moderna and Pfizer) quotes above the barrier of 60% of the respective strike at the end of the term (observation only at the final valuation date). The interest amount of 10% is paid out annually, regardless of the performance of the underlying shares.

In case at least one of the underlying shares quotes below its barrier (60%) at the final valuation date, the predefined amount of the worst performing share will be delivered.
