Vienna/ Zürs am Arlberg – Raiffeisen Centrobank’s (RCB) traditional investor conference takes place for the 15th time this year from April 11-13, 2016 in Zürs am Arlberg and offers an opportunity for almost 70 listed companies from Austria, Central and Eastern European countries as well as - for the first time - from Turkey to meet with international investors. More than 130 investors will participate in one-on-one meetings and 43 group presentations. The institutional investors like pension funds, managed funds and insurance companies come from several European countries. Especially German, Swiss, British and Polish investors show great interest in the companies present.

For RCB CEO Wilhelm Celeda this is reason enough to highlight once more the excellent reputation that Austrian companies enjoy internationally: “The high number of participants shows clearly that the interest in ATX-companies continues to be at high level. This underlines unequivocally the excellent and fundamentally justified reputation that Austrian companies enjoy with international investors. It would be preferable for Austrian politics to acknowledge this fact and to more strongly involve capital market actors in a dialogue when it comes to find questions regarding the future of Austria as a business location”.
Moreover, the run-up to the conference strikingly shows that Austrian capital market expertise is most thought after also from foreign companies. Besides ATX-heavy weights also blue-chips from Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Russia and Turkey will present themselves to investors during the three days of conference, says Celeda.
The total market capitalization of participating companies is183 billion euros.
