(Vienna/Warsaw) - Raiffeisen Centrobank (RCB) underlines its strong presence in Poland through obtaining the "SuperAnimator" title given by Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). After having successfully listed 117 new RCB products last week, the award marks another big step in the expansion of Raiffeisen Centrobank in Poland. The SuperAnimator title is in line with the bank’s strategy of becoming a leading liquidity provider for shares, derivatives and structured products on WIG20.
RAIFFEISEN CENTROBANK A LEADING MARKET MAKER ON WSE
The contest has taken place for the third time at WSE, with Raiffeisen Centrobank competing for the second time in a row. Despite vivid international competition, RCB convinced Warsaw Stock Exchange by offering the most attractive conditions with regards to tight spread and large size. Raiffeisen Centrobank finally won the first place with regards to four stocks and made it to the second place in one additional stock. What is more, two third places were reached in two other stocks. Thus, the Austrian investmentbank could decisively enhance its presence as market maker at WSE. As SuperAnimator RCB has committed itself to offer an unprecedentedly high liquidity with regards to the Top 7 Polish companies from WIG20:
