RAIFFEISEN INVESTMENT RUSSIA INVITES POTENTIAL INVESTORS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIVATISATION OF 25.5% STAKE IN OJSC MURMANSK COMMERCIAL SEAPORT

Raiffeisen Investment Russia was mandated by the Federal Agency for State Property Management in Russia to arrange the sale of up to 25.5001% of share capital of OJSC Murmansk Commercial Seaport.

Raiffeisen Investment invites investors, potentially interested in the deal, to express their interest in participation in the privatisation process by sending a Letter of Interest to Raiffeisen Investment Russia not later than 10th of October 2012.

The target of the proposed deal are 38 474 ordinary equity shares of OJSC Murmansk Commercial Seaport amounting to 25.5001% of its equity capital which is currently owned by the Russian Federation.

OJSC Murmansk Commercial Seaport is a stevedore company incorporated in Russia involved in operation of a coal port located in Murmansk with freight turnover over 14 mln tons per year.
