Vienna – Last week the Börse Social Network (BSN) announced the winners of this year’s Number One Awards. The Raiffeisen Centrobank (RCB) has been honored in two out of thirteen categories. The competence center for equities and certificates has been repeatedly awarded “greatest issuer of certificates”, as well as “greatest specialist / market maker” on the Viennese stock exchange. With currently more than 8.000 certificates and warrants, RCB offers more than half of the products listed on the Viennese stock market and was therefore able to win the category as the greatest national issuer. Since April 2016 the competence center for equities and certificates works as the leading Austrian specialist for 34 of 39 of ATX Prime Market listed companies. Thus, the Number One Award in the category “greatest specialist / market maker” clearly goes to RCB.
Moreover, Heike Arbter, Managing Director of the RCB, has been inducted into the BSN Hall of Fame. According to the CEO of BSN and the founder and publisher Christian Drastil she has been honored due to her decade-long, passionate and unceasing commitment in relation to structured products.
The Number One Awards are annually awarded to all Austrian capital market participants with the aim to present and highlight the biggest players in the Viennese capital market. The selection of the winners in the six categories is based on facts from statistics collected and analyzed by BSN and has been conducted for the third time this year. With six trophies in total in the past three years, RCB is the leading award-winning house at the Number One Awards.
