The certificate MSCI World Sustainability Winner is based on the MSCI® World Top ESG Select 4.5% Decrement index. The certificate addresses security-oriented investors who consider ethical, ecological and social criteria in their investment decisions and hence are looking for a sustainable investment.

Payout Profile:

At the initial valuation date the starting value of the MSCI® World Top ESG Select 4.5% Decrement index (closing price on August 18, 2022) and the cap (140% of the starting value) are determined. At the end of the term (August 16, 2027) the performance of the index is calculated and one of the following scenarios will occur:

SCENARIO 1) Final value ≥ 140% of the starting value ► Redemption at 140%

If the final value is greater or equal to 140% of the starting value, the certificate will be redeemed on the maturity date at 140% of the nominal value. This also represents the maximum redemption (maximum amount).
e.g. Index +60% ► Redemption: EUR 1,400

SCENARIO 2) Final value ≥ 100% & < 140% of the starting value ► 100% participation
If the final value is greater or equal to 100% but less than 140% of the starting value, certificate will be redeemed on the maturity date according to the performance of the underlying (percentage development from the starting value to the final reference value).
e.g. Index +30% ► Redemption: EUR 1,300

SCENARIO 3) Final value < 100% of the starting value ► Redemption at 100%
If the final reference value is smaller than 100% of the starting value, the capital protection of 100% applies at maturity.
e.g. Index -20% ► Redemption: EUR 1,000

The 100% capital protection by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG only applies at the end ot the term, i.e. during the term the certificate price may drop below 100%, but the investor obtains at least 100% of the nominal value at the maturity date.
