The certificate MSCI World Climate Change Bonus&Safety 2 refers to the Climate Change Index of MSCI®. The MSCI® World Climate Change Top ESG Select 4.5% Decrement Index serves as underlying for this certificate. This certificate is suited to investors who expect this underlying to perform stably in the upcoming four years, and who deem price slumps of 51% or more unlikely to occur.

Payout Profile

The certificate will be paid out on the redemption date (October 2026) in the amount of the bonus of EUR 1.250 per nominal amount if the underlying price is always above the barrier of 49% of the starting value.

If the underlying quotes at least once at or below the barrier, the payout on the redemption date will be in line with the underlyingperformance (percentage performance from the starting value to the final value).The maximum redemption remains capped at 100% of the nominal amount.
