Europe Bonus&Safety 5 – available on secondary market

Unlimited profit opportunities in rising markets with protection mechanism against substantially declining markets

For investors who reckon price slumps of the European benchmark EURO STOXX 50® of 60 % or more very unlikely during the next four years and who wish to benefit without any limit in rising prices, the Europe Bonus&Safety 5 Certificate qualifies as an intelligent investment alternative. It is an investment product without capital protection, with the opportunity to participate in price gains without any limit and with a substantial risk buffer.

The barrier is set at 40 % of the index’ starting value – therefore, at the issue date the comfortable risk buffer (distance to the barrier) amounts to 60 %.

Provided that at no point in time, the index falls to 40 % or less compared to its starting value, at the maturity date (October 2016) the certificate will be redeemed at the bonus amount of EUR 1,180.- per certificate. Should the index performance exceed +18 %, the certificate is redeemed pursuant to the higher performance (percentage development from the starting value to the closing price at the final valuation date). In case the barrier was touched or undercut, the bonus mechanism will no longer apply. Redemption will be affected according to the performance of the underlying.

Without cap – the participation in price increases of the EURO STOXX 50® is without any limit.
