5.3% ATX®/EURO STOXX 50® Bonus – available on secondary market

Annual fixed interest rate of 5.3% and barrier being set at 65% of the starting value of each respective index.

The 5.3% ATX®/EURO STOXX 50® Bonus Certificate qualifies for investors who expect the economies of Austria and the Eurozone to perform stably in the forthcoming three years, and who deem price slumps on the stock markets of 35% or more particularly unlikely to occur. The 5.3% ATX®/EURO STOXX 50® Bonus Certificate is an investment product without capital protection, providing attractive annual fixed interest rates and a safety buffer of 35% for the three years term.

The fixed interest rate of 5.3% is paid out annually, irrespective of the performance of the underlying indices. At the issue date the safety buffer (distance to the barrier) amounts to 35%.

The certificate is redeemed at 100% nominal value at the maturity date (January 2018), provided the index price of the ATX® AND the EURO STOXX 50® always quote above 65% of the respective index’ starting value (=closing price on Jan 19, 2015) during the observation period. In case the barrier of the Bonus Certificate is violated by at least one of the underlying indices, redemption at the maturity date is effected according to the underlying which performs “worst of“. Even if the barrier is touched or undercut investors do not participate in price gains above the starting values.
